  • Sidney Canchester

    PRINCIPAL

    Sidney W. Canchester is the founder and principal of Anchor Court Management, LLC. Sid has an extensive background in real estate, property management, and franchised business. Sid founded the company in 2021 starting in real estate investment, property management and investment management, later adding and scaling Ace Handyman Services territories.  

    Prior to ACM, Sid spent time at companies like Imperial Realty and private equity investment leader Leeds West Groups, where he managed leases, store remodels, and renovations. After experiencing inefficiencies in hiring contractors and dealing with other competitors, Sid founded ACM with the goal of offering a dynamic and comprehensive approach to multiple verticals in the real estate space.

  • Sam Cundari

    IN-HOUSE GENERAL COUNSEL & OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Sam C is a dedicated team member with several years of experience owning and operating a small residential handyman service. His passion for helping residents with their home improvement projects led him to join Anchor Court Management starting first on the Ace Handyman Services Oak Park and River Forest side, where he continued to provide top-notch service to our customers. Later Sam moved into a management position, assisting in higher level operations and property management functions. When he's not working, Sam enjoys cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams, the White Sox and the Blackhawks. 

  • Ryan Bailey

    ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES OAK PARK RIVER FOREST LEAD CRAFTSMAN

    Ryan B. is a dedicated construction professional with extensive experience in both commercial and residential projects. His passion for building and creating spaces that people love is evident in every project he undertakes. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his beloved dog, working on his own projects, and spending time outdoors.

  • Jake Czajka

    ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES OAK PARK RIVER FOREST CRAFTSMAN

    Jake brings years of experience in residential and commercial remodeling, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and custom builds. Passionate about transforming spaces, he is excited to join Ace Handyman to create functional and beautiful environments. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, he takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Outside of work, Jake enjoys time with his growing family and embraces the outdoors through hiking, camping, gardening, and fishing.

  • Connor Deck

    ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES MARINE DIVISION LEADER

    Coming from a background of boating and yacht restoration services, Connor deeply understands the importance of quality work combined with customer satisfaction. As part of our team Connor will also be leading the Ace Handyman Marine Division, ready to introduce a familiar brand into the Chicago boating industry. When Connor is not working he enjoys cooking, watching films, and being with family.

  • Austin

    ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES MARINE DIVISION TECH

    Austin is an experienced professional in the Auto and Marine detailing industry. He has 8 plus years of experience working on land and water on all sorts of vehicles. Austin's hobbies include cooking and bowling. He also enjoys being on the water in his free time whether it be boating, kayaking or fishing.

  • Vicky Carrasquillo

    ANCHOR COURT ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES OFFICE MANAGER

    Vicky C. is the office manager for Anchor Court Ace Handyman Services based out of our Oak Park River Forest home office. She is an Elmwood Park native and graduated from Concordia University Chicago in River Forest, Illinois. As a local, she understands the area and loves spending time in and around Oak Park. She enjoys getting to know our customers and ensuring that they have the very best experience upon calling our office. When she is not managing, she enjoys hanging out with family and cheering on our Chicago Cubs.

  • Jenna K

    ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES APPRENTICE

    Jenna is new to the handyman business but has completed multiple projects around her own home and enjoys fixing things. She graduated from the University of Urbana-Champaign with an engineering degree, so she understands the effort required to do a job well. With a passion for helping others and learning new skills, she's excited to contribute to the Ace team with a variety of tasks . Outside of work, Jenna enjoys creating art, trying new recipes, and watching movies with her family. 

  • Jake B

    ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES INTERN

    Jake is originally from Oak Park, and is currently a student at Grinnell College in Iowa (Class of 2028). He is majoring in computer science with a minor in statistics. Jake enjoys playing soccer and is looking forward to starting his internship at Ace Handyman Services this summer. 

  • Samantha Boehlen

    EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR

    Samantha is an accomplished Executive Coordinator with a strong background in HR, press relations, and production. With a keen ability to manage operations, streamline processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration, Samantha has played a pivotal role in supporting leadership teams and driving organizational efficiency. Her expertise in both small business & corporate environments, combined with experience in media relations and production, allows her to navigate complex projects seamlessly. Known for her adaptability and innovative mindset, Samantha excels in high-paced industries, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Nicole Blum

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Nicole Blum is a Creative Director and marketing professional with experience in brand management, website transformation, corporate communications, social media management, and internship program development. With a diverse background spanning agency and small business environments, Nicole brings adaptability, a proactive approach, and a focus on building strong relationships to every project. Her growth mindset and collaborative style allow her to navigate evolving challenges while driving creative and marketing initiatives forward.

  • Gigi & Roxy

    CO CHIEF TREAT OFFICERS

    Gigi and Roxy take their role as Co Chief Treat Officers very seriously—when they’re not napping on the job. A connoisseur of squeaky toys and tennis balls, these two bring boundless energy to playtime and a deep commitment to snack breaks, especially when celery and carrots are involved. Whether supervising from their favorite nap spot or making sure no treat goes uneaten, Gigi and Roxy keep the team’s spirits high (and the floor crumb-free).

  • Celeste Garvey

    IN HOUSE INTERIOR DESIGNER

    Celeste is an interior designer with 15+ years of experience. She works with a ride range of styles, prioritizing the wants and needs for her clients. She helps with space planning, layout, FF&E, tile, lighting, and color guidance. Celeste is self-driven with an eye for detail, who will ensure the very best for her clients. Her high energy and sincerity build loyalty and long-term relationships with all of her clients.
